InnerCurrent Ventures is the majority shareholder of UBB Corporation and serves as the parent company of Hillman Hospitality. Hillman Hospitality venues serve as showcase environments for the UBB Distributed Brewing Platform.
CRAFT™ and Whisgars™ were originally developed in Bangkok, with the Bangkok operations sold in 2018, while global rights were retained. These brands are now being redeployed and expanded internationally. Continent Club™ is the revival and evolution of the original ChindAsia Club, previously ranked the #1 private members club in Thailand by CNN Travel.
